This is a Duplex drawn for a long 204ft lot.  Most of the drawing only shows 1 side.  There wouod be garages at both ends and two full houses in between (see last footprints). The main  floor of each would be on grade and accommodate wheelchair accessibility, while the upstairs would have 3 bedrooms plus office. This design is for  what I call 3 Generational Living, but one could separate the upstairs from the main floor in either side to create extra separate rental units if they chose.
